Jeffrey Strout founded Public Health Solutions, Inc. in 2005 after retiring from the U.S. Air Force. The headquarters office is located in Zephyrhills, FL, just outside of Tampa and serves clients worldwide. Jeff brings with him almost 40 years of experience in the food safety and defense industry, and goes above and beyond to maintain strong relationships with all of our clients.
